We offer a weight based shipping raters for shipping rates as follows:
- Up to 250g - $19.95
- 251g to 500g - $24.95
- 501g to 1kg - $29.95
- 1.001kg to 1.5kg - $34.95
- 1.501kg to 2kg - $39.95
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
All orders received by 12pm AEST (Sydney) will be shipped same day. However, depending on the time ordered please give up to 24 hours of the order being received for shipping to take place. Please note that orders will be processed Monday – Friday and no later than 4pm (AEST). Any orders received outside these times will be posted the following business day.
Australian orders generally take 2-8 business days for standard post.
International orders take 7-14 business days (at times longer depending on international freight delays). Please take into account international customs and laws which can cause minor delays. With each country having different laws and taxes, we cannot take responsibility for any taxes or duty occurred. These possible fees are not included in our ordering process and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the customer noticed an issue with the product upon delivery we will need the customer to send us photos/videos of the product being damaged in the packaging to initiate refund. For change of mind of the order, unfortunately we cannot accept processing a refund. Due to the nature of the product being of the personal item and hygiene category, we do not accept returns but can process a refund if deemed eligible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
